The 2010-2012 Strategic Plan for Prince Alfred College 

Prince Alfred College stands ready for continued success in academic achievement and all-round development of boys.  This Strategic Plan recognises that Prince Alfred College needs to prepare for the future to achieve our vision and purpose.  It is also a useful method for monitoring our progress and measuring our results.

Over the last five years we have instigated major building programs and focused on structural improvement.

The focus of the current plan is on sustainable growth and consolidating our achievements.

The enduring strengths of the College are: our vision for boys’ education, a commitment to academic excellence and all-round development, the quality and diversity of our programs, the formation of lifelong friendships and the strong sense of community.

We acknowledge the generous contribution of parents, staff, students, old scholars, and members of the wider community who have contributed to the development of the Strategic Plan.
