Curriculum

Our curriculum focuses on the total growth of the developing child. Each boy’s potential is fully guided and structured by teachers who know what makes them eager to learn. At every year level, we emphasise the growth of boys’ inquiry, creativity, curiosity and imagination.

We understand that memorable experiences are vital, so we plan learning opportunities that are engaging, relevant and challenging. These include excursions and camps, some of which foster the significant impact that fathers play in boys’ learning. By engaging them in this way, we are able to develop their basic skills especially in literacy and numeracy.

The philosophical framework for teaching and learning is provided through the Primary Years Programme (PYP) of the International Baccalaureate (IB). For a link to an IB Parent Information page click here
