Now over 40 years old, the Prince Alfred College Foundation has played a vital role in raising funds for the ongoing development of the College. The Foundation’s first project was the development of the Scott’s Creek Outdoor Centre in the mid 1970s, and in the last ten years over $7,000,000 has been provided for projects at the College. Recent examples include:
RED Centre $3,000,000
Early Learning Centre $1,000,000
John Dunning Sports Centre $1,000,000
Since its inception the Foundation Scholarship Fund has worked with the College community to help provide the opportunity of a Princes education.
Donations to the Prince Alfred College Foundation are received from the men and women who make up its community. The Foundation strives to strengthen the Princes community by encouraging interaction in all aspects of College life, and to further the tradition of philanthropy which enabled the establishment of Prince Alfred College in 1869.
