Key works undertaken during this six week period include:
- Demolition of the effected Robertson buildings completed and rubble sorted and removed from the site.
- Hoardings have been erected around the building site for student, staff and visitor safety.
- New underground services works and new widened ‘Boulevard’ path reinstatement from Dequetteville Tce to the end of Ningana Building.
- Temporary buildings now installed adjacent the front oval including five classrooms, one Staff/Meeting Room, and student amenities (toilet block) has been provided adjacent the handball courts.
- Works completed to John Dunning Preparatory Gym for new Preparatory Reception.
- Classrooms for Reception to Year 6 have been relocated, where required, and prepared ready for the start of the 2025 school year.

This is a significant amount of work completed to ensure minimal disruption to the experience of our students as we create a new learning, collaboration and outdoor spaces for our boys, staff and families.
The Preparatory School redevelopment will include:
- Nine new purpose-built classrooms
- Multiple small and large break-out spaces
- A new visitor reception
- New areas for student support and wellbeing services
- A multi-purpose function space for students, staff and visitors
- Staff facilities and workspaces
- Reimagined outdoor learning, play and social areas
