Prefect Development Camp

On the 16th of October, the newly appointed Prefects departed PAC at 7am to Scott’s Creek, to begin their Prefect Development Camp. The camp is integral for the boys to form bonds with each other, understand their role as a Prefect and to develop leadership skills which will be important for their character and as a Prefect in 2022/23 and beyond.

In the twelfth King’s Speech Competition since it’s conception in 2011, and the first King’s Speech Competition in which our head of state is actually the ‘King’, this year we saw 13 competitors from the Preparatory, Middle and Senior Schools deliver 26 speeches on a typically wide range of topics, ranging from social and environmental issues to themes to do with education, war, death and gender.

Congratulations to the PAC 1st XI who put on a clinical display yesterday afternoon to beat Adelaide High, capping off a fantastic week for the Schools Cricket program.

🔎 Spy Club // Last week, eight teams of Prep students braved the demon Prince Alfredikut to escape his curse. The teams solved eight problems in fifteen minutes to escape before the room filled with sand!! 

Many thanks to the Spy Club members and Year 11 students Tom and Noah for their help running the activity!

The Spy Club is just one of over 10 clubs and activities on offer in the Prep School this semester, from robotics and drama, to movie making, the environment and board games club! To find out more, see link in bio👆

Kane was one of thirty 17-year-old footballers across the country selected in the Academy who will participate in the high performance and personal development programs throughout the 2023 season. Kane will also be eligible in the 2023 NAB AFL Draft following the 2023 NAB AFLW season.
