Friends of PAC

Friends of PAC

Creating lifelong connections is an important part of the Prince Alfred College experience, and our parent community plays a vital role in school life. Participation in College events provides enjoyable opportunities for parents and caregivers to build friendships, engage with the College, and enrich their son's journey at school.

Our school community is supported by a dedicated and vibrant group of parents known as the Friends of PAC (FoPAC). All parents and carers of students at the College are automatically members of FoPAC, and we warmly encourage everyone to become involved in its many activities and events.

FoPAC fosters connection, friendship and a strong sense of community across the College. Working in partnership with the College, the committee hosts a range of much-loved events throughout the year, including the annual Family Fun Night, Ladies in Red Luncheon, and the Quiz Night. FoPAC also supports a variety of community initiatives, including morning teas for staff and students, as well as College events such as sports days, Intercols and other community gatherings.

Through these activities, FoPAC helps create meaningful connections and lasting friendships among families, strengthening the vibrant Prince Alfred College community.

I would encourage everyone who can or wants to, to volunteer. Whether it is with FoPAC or another group, it is an opportunity to be part of the community that looks after our sons, the chance to connect with other parents, and just the good feelings that come with volunteering

Khanh Chong, FoPAC President
