Prince Alfred College's 2025-2028 Strategic Plan provides the College Council and Executive with the scope and mandate to be ambitious in our plans for the future of boys' education, whilst continuing to honour our past.

Prince Alfred College offers a unique educational experience, with high-quality teaching and a commitment to academic excellence. Our bespoke Learning Framework, centred around our College values, encompasses each boy’s academic, co-curricular and wellbeing endeavours. Each plays a vital role in providing an well-round education.

Through an extensive consultative process with our community, the Strategic Plan provides clarity on our our Vision, Purpose and Values along with the six strategic priorities the College will focus on over the next four years.
