Trouble signing in?

Gmail accounts can occasionally show an error message like this:

Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in.

User account 'your-email@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Prince Alfred College'...

This issue relates to an error in the service that this account is attempting to authenticate against. To fix this:

This should then redirect you to Google to complete the authentication.

1. Use another account:

2. Enter your Gmail address:

3. Redirect to Google for sign in...
