The Multi-purpose Sports Field is an exciting addition to the superb facilities offered at Prince Alfred College.

Designed with flexibility and functionality in mind, the Multi-purpose Sports Field provides a safe, engaging environment for boys to develop physical skills, teamwork and confidence. Whether it's structured lessons, competitive sport or free play, the space encourages movement, connection and enjoyment.

The location of the Multi-purpose Sports Field, many will remember, was previously an area occupied by the Boarding House. Subject to Planning Consents, the Field will be bordered by the John Dunning Sports Centre to the west, St Jacques and 'the stables' to the east and Flinders Street to the south. Longer term, the car park to the east will be the site of additional learning buildings.

The existing drop-off and pick-up zone on the Pirie Street driveway will be retained, ensuring continued convenience for families. Thoughtful landscaping will integrate a seating area into the design, creating a safe space for students to wait for collection at the end of the school day.

This new facility is a vibrant addition to the campus, supporting physical development, social engagement and a love of sport from the earliest years.
