Building Contractor Appointment

In late November 2024, the College, announced it had appointed its building contractor for Stage 1 of the Master Plan - the Preparatory School redevelopment. 

Marshall & Brougham will be commencing early works, services and demolition works during the December/January school holidays in preparation for building works to commence in the new year.

Melisha Willington, Capital Works Project Manager for PAC, shared details of what would be occurring during the holiday break and what families can expect when they return for the 2025 school year.

The Preparatory School redevelopment will include the construction of two new, linked buildings on the site of the existing Robertson Buildings. The first, built along the Dequetteville Tce frontage, will house our Reception to Year 3 students in a two-story building. The second, will be a new building on the site opposite the Galatea Playground, to house the front office and administration, staff facilities, allied health and additional gathering and general learning areas.
