The Year 12 team drew with Norwood Morialta, coming back after Thomas Mitev boldly committed to hanging the prosecution case on a single piece of evidence. This was supported by a strong performance by Charlie Griffin who as witness had his cross-examiner answering questions. The Year 11 team were narrowly defeated by Mercedes College, but both Isaac Dodd and Tarun Kamath showed significant development of their style and effectiveness in cross-examination. Both teams showed good camaraderie in the intensive preparation for the competition, and delivered impressive performances worthy of the District Court setting.
