Creating Flexible Learning Spaces for our Senior Students
Each year, contributions to the voluntary Building Fund play a vital role in maintaining the College’s facilities and supporting the creation of new teaching and learning areas.
The new Year 12 Learning Commons, opened in June 2024, has quickly become a cornerstone for our senior students as they prepare for the next stage of their academic and personal journeys. Purpose-built with their unique needs in mind, these dedicated spaces offer a quiet sanctuary for focused study, as well as a comfortable environment to unwind during breaks.
Open daily from 7:00 am, the Learning Commons provides flexibility for students to start their day early and make the most of their study time. It is also the home of our Extended Study Program, which offers supervised evening study sessions and access to tutors until 8:30 pm. This invaluable program supports students in their final year of schooling, helping them achieve their academic goals.
This state-of-the-art facility was made possible thanks to the generosity of our community, who continue to invest in the success and wellbeing of our students. The Year 12 Learning Commons stands as a testament to the transformative power of philanthropy, offering current and future Year 12 students exceptional opportunities.
